After working for almost fifteen years in the Commercial Banking sector in Nassau, Bahamas, I ended my corporate career in 2015 with a wealth of experience in Human Resources Learning & Development and Customer Service Management. It was my strong desire for greater personal fulfilment and my dream to live out my purpose that led to my seemingly abrupt departure from the "nine-to-five" to stay-at-home. (Yes, everybody thought I was going cra-zy!) That 'move of faith' however, proved to be an excellent choice as a I became keenly aware of who I am and my passion in life to assist others to grow and develop personally and professionally through training, coaching and inspiration. Thus, the Training & Influence Centre was birthed almost one year later.

This year, I became a certified John Maxwell Coach, Teacher, Trainer & Speaker and now incorporate the study and practical application of John Maxwell’s proven leadership methods into my work. Working together, I will move you, your team and/or your organization in the desired direction to reach your relevant goals.

When I'm not coaching, teaching, training or speaking, I am probably right at home or somewhere on the planet enjoying life with my incredible husband Valentino (of sixteen years), our beautiful daughter and amazing, energetic boys!
